Once the MAFTPRO is installed there is no real good full proof way to get rid of fuel cut. The one way is to lean out the map. You want a steady drop from 14.7 to 11.5-11.8AFR from to 0psi to full boost.
Wideband needs to be atleast 14inches from the turbo in an upward pointing position...
To start things off first I have a 2jzge Na-t with a single and some goodies. When I built the motor the injectors really didnt fit in the runners as tight as I hoped they would. I read some 2jzge na-t threads and it was said the injectors dont fit very tight but wouldnt leak. I had one seal...
I've got a shine auto lip. Love how it looks, gotta be really cautious driving around town though. I've scraped it so many times coming out of parking lots.
If you plan to stick with some 550cc injectors and a bigger turbo MAFTPRO is your best choice. If you are looking to go with something that has a T4 footprint then a standalone is your best choice. MAFTPRO isnt the happiest thing with injectors larger than 550s.
BIC sounds really good. Its not too loud either. It sounded kind of like a mix of a BPU MkiV and singled Mkiv when i had a 7m. Now that I have a singled 2jz, it sounds like a singled 2jz... hahaa.
I really like it though, top notch quality and looks absolutely awesome.
Oh my.. An APR front splitter on a mk3. I was over at my buddies tonight helping him with his APR widebody STi and looked at the APR front splitter and wondered what it would like on mk3.
You pretty much already have a base map. All you have to do is enter the settings from the installation manual for the MAFTPRO. Then just either learn how to use Tunerpro or just adjust things on your MAFTPRO box.
Another option would be to find someone whose really good with MAFTPRO and is...
For just about anything over 450rwhp you need to go standalone. Cant even go MAFTPRO, Maftpro wont be very kind to you with injectors larger than 680. You would need some 780s, or 880s for the power level you want.
