500 degree paint should be more than enough. Remember, this is the intake, so it's much cooler than say the exhaust manifold. Imo, a black one looks killer, but sometimes a shiny polished one also looks ewually as good. I'll attach a pic of a black one for you to check out. eric

I agree, I am about 97% sure the 6m crank weights in at 52 lbs and the 7m weights 57 lbs. Although, I have heard that the 7m, due to the extra counter weights, is better balanced. I run a 6m tho :icon_razz eric

Full valvetrain replacement; Ti shims/seats/springs with Ti valves too, why not eh. Make sure they are +1 oversized, and port/polish head, 3+ angle grind on the valve seats. Get a 5m crank to destroke it from 3 litres to less so it revs faster. Somebody else fill in the rest. eric

only problem with using one bigger than needed is your compression drops a tiny itsy bitsy bit. Don't go anal over it tho, I hear is lowers the chance of detonation anyways. eric
