Remember that site posted a while ago on sf I believe, it was a site where you could design the part, send them the "blueprint" you made and they'd make it, send it, and bill you? I REALLY need to know the name if anyone remembers.

Good job man, i like the colour combo personally. I did red/black vinyl on my whole prelude's interior last year and after a month or 2 in the heat it started falling apart. Make sure you use generous coverage when applying spray adhesives since I used a very strong one and it still lost grip...
If you're talking about using the 7m block, and keeping it NA then either turbo or NA 7m head with distributor is good. I'm not sure, but you will most likely have to do wiring since there are sensors on the engine and I'm not sure if the yare the same as the cressidia. What I mean is there is...
Turbo mani bolts up fine, only thing that might not fit is the accordion hose (intake hose) that connects from the intake to the turbo. The distributor I don't know for sure if it works with turbo electronics, it was my understanding it only worked with NA electronics/computers.
eric
On the NA head the distributor is gear driven by the gear around the exhaust cam, and for the turbo engine they use a CPS instead (cam position sensor) which is also powered by the gear on the cam. So what I'm saying is, the only real difference is the cams, but even still, you can run NA cams...
^^^ Ya I suppose that couldn't hurt :biglaugh:
If it's for a stock car tho no need for the extra expense, but it sure owuld be good to do it now than have to re-do it later due to the power being too much for a stocker. Good point miggles.
eric
Ahahaha I just wanted to see your reaction, not as funny as i hoped :icon_razz . I just answered a build-up howto thread a few down, check it out, or actually I'll link to it in a sec, this guy is doing same as you, stock rebuild and it's got good info in it.

I couldn't find it...
Welcome to the club, you'll find yourself at home in no time. I want to express how much I really loved your videos. I don't think i've seen any that have gotten me so excited about the mk3 before ever. Thanks for sharing.
eric
I don't think that motor is black enough 1J, maybe you should paint the turbo aswell :biglaugh: . It looks good for real tho. When will you have it installed?
