if your going to go through all of that stuff look into a cam regrind, theres a few companies that will modify the stock cams. and why change the fuel rail? new pump + injectors = AFPR, wideband, and tuning device

i would see how the back muffler fits first, because if it isnt haning off, the exhaust has been modified... but if it is haning off like a rice mobile, then your cat is the longer version....

does the muffler in the back stick out also? if so you may need to get a different cat... or just shorten the piping a little bit. i know that with the blitz exhaust, people had issues because of the different cat lengths...

all this work on the TPS... but did you ever set it to the TSRM specs and prodecures? sounds like you have a lot of stuff wrong though... car have good spark plugs, wires, and the timing is right? and does the car idle at all? or does it have to be kept at 1100 with the gas a little down?

the stock gauge is HORRIBLE as far as where your boost actually is... i can sit at 0psi, but the gauge wont be moving. get a real boost gauge if you want to see what its really doing. and mine "jumps" just like yours, so dont worry, your not the only person whos annoyed by it.

its always nice to have the manual in front of your face, especially when doing TPS adjustments, and other small things where you dont wanna run back upstiars to see what the voltages are suppose to be.

your starting issue is most likely due the TPS not being adjusted right. its probably on backwards, thus why you need to FLOOR it to start. because starting is suppose to be 0%... not 100%. haha that TSRM is for a 90... so yeah, but a haynes manual has most of the same pictures, and same...
