So i am about to purchase a Tial 50mm BOV i was looking on Ebay and i wanted to know how to tell if its real or fake?
Also what's the up's and downs of the Different spring rates how do you choose witch is best for you...
I don't think its a vaccum line.... But I do think its your turbo take off your accordion hose and put your hand in there spin the blade and check for broken blades and shaft play. Take off your downpipe and check for oil build up
only thing im alarmed about is where is you air filter on the AFM?
only thing aftermarket i see is gauges and HKS bov

If i would to rebuild the stock actuator myself for one is it easily done and 2 how and where would i go about getting replacement parts ? or is it cheaper and easier to by a new one ?
Albert has my turbo at the moment rebuilding/upgrading it not sure if he does anything witht he stock actuator...

OP: car looks good any shots of the engine bay ? to make that kind of power your gonna need a bigger turbo :)
just curious on some opinions and experiences some of you had with shimming the wastegate good and bad ones.
I know that it decreases life span of the Turbo but is it worth it?
I will be running a Ct26 60-1 with a 10degree exhaust clip Stock wastegate/manifold i will be using a Manual Boost...
Hey guys so a friend of mine is picking up a spare R154 but the Metal Ring on the back of the transmission that the Driveshaft slides into is bent

Is it hard to switch this part out?
Can i use one from a W58 or A340e?
