Bad AFM can cause the AFR's to go haywire but usually they go rich instead of lean. also i would think even 13 to 1 is bad safe is 11.5.

Do you think that the 560's are going to allow 18psi with out hitting fuel cut? My main concern is just being safe and not running out of Injector flow. Thanks for replying everyone

When you re torque the head you have to break loose the studs/bolts and re tighten them also known as cracking the bolts
