the aristo turbo's aren't any more reliable then the 1j's stocker's.changing out one set for another that don't last long at all will have you saving up for that single.it's just easier and cleaner set-up with a single.IMO
i would leave the mounting point for the manifold stay.it also support's the dip stick tube.
i can't see keeping the other pipe for the vacume line's.you should be plugging the coolant port's on it anyway's.that is unless your going to drive it all winter in oregon.
if your running the ati pulley without a/c pump on the motor, like in your picture.you will need the stock belt, which make's up for the larger diameter pulley.
the stock belt for a/c will work.try the belt that came off the motor.
mine is a knock off from chargespeed.it's fiberglass, which made it easy to mold to my new bumper.well not really new,it's been on the car for over 3 year's un-painted:)
if you press the mkIV hub's into your rear carrier's,the mkIV rotor will be hub centric and not need shimming.without the correct insert's for the caliper's,some of the pad will not contact the rotor fully(like other's have mentioned)
this kit was never offered together before.the bumper is a greddy copy and the side's and rear's are bomex replica's.this is a very common miss match set-up,which i have on my car also.
you can also use mkIV hub's,instead of the shim's for the rotor's.it will make the rotor hub centric and place the rotor evenly between the pad's.
the cleaned up one on the right is from the mkIV
