That's true Tase.. My concern here is that several of the vendors are selling powerslot rotors and offering Axxis Ultimate pads. The Ultimate pads are not the same material as the metal masters and are not what "Powerslot" recommends.
Not sure on the full face disc.. I put in a ACT HD PP with the stock disc.. It's fine.. I did it that way so when I get to over 400lbs tq I can just swap the disc..
I just had the muffler shop weld a flange so the rest of my exhaust bolts up to the DP. I would agree if there is a possibility of getting in trouble for not having a cat it would be easier to buy a test pipe.. Just for reasons mentioned in the ^^^^^^post.
