I pay my neighbour's daughters. They have skinny girl arms that fit places my ham fists don't. I give 'em rubber gloves so their nails don't get dirty.
Clutch master and slave are two parts that it's worth buying from Toyota. The parts from elsewhere seem to last about a year of daily use. The parts from Toyota last 15+ years under the same conditions. Well worth the extra cost IMO.
SupraGirl in New Zealand did hers in yellow - it was quite stunning, IMO. So did Mellow from California. I like SG's yellow better, but YMMV. Here's a few pics:
Tint is one of those oddball things. In locations that don't get roasting hot, it's regarded as a way to hide what's going on inside the car from anyone outside, and the law tends to frown on that.
However, in places where it gets damn hot, like California or Nevada, it's damn near a...
Either buy a stock BPV, (and by that I mean one of the Bosch replacements that doesn't cost an arm, leg, and your first born) or pick up an aftermarket BOV kit.
Argh... Mike, that's wrong in so many ways.
I like the no smoking plug in the cig lighter slot. Mine is full of a rechargeable LED flashlight, but I wish it had a flat back so I could put a sticker like that on it!
The Mk2 looks really nice too. I swear I'm going to buy another one of those...
That raises some interesting questions. In Canada, there are provinces that only issue a rear plate - you can't get one for the front, they simply don't exist.
About the 10 days to register your address change, etc - what about folks with two addresses? Someone living in WA in the summers and...
It is the heater control valve, and it controls whether there is hot coolant sent to the heater core in the cabin.
However, it is likely not the reason you are feeling heat. It only shuts off when the climate control unit is set to full cold, the rest of the time it's open anyway.
If you...
I dunno where that little cast iron bit came from, but I can tell you this - it's not from a Mk3. Neither the W58 or the R154 uses something that looks like that. Obviously, that means you don't have the parts needed for either clutch release system.
I'll be surprised if you can get a conventional clutch setup to work with that setup... hell, I'd be surprised if that Rube Goldberg contraption works at all. I suspect you're going to need to buy a conventional R154 pull clutch, a new fork, and a new slave cylinder. You might have to buy the...
Yes, the new one comes with little foam seals around the base of all the bolts.
That's correct - and all they hold on is the bottom piece of window trim, they don't have anything to do with the glass itself.
We don't really have a 36 hour rule... what we do have is a policy of hand approving all new accounts to filter out some of the internet filth. And by filth I certainly don't mean porn addicts (you can find those in Dreamer Theresa's area), I'm referring to scammers or thieves attempting to...
