Clutch master and slave are two parts that it's worth buying from Toyota. The parts from elsewhere seem to last about a year of daily use. The parts from Toyota last 15+ years under the same conditions. Well worth the extra cost IMO.

I dunno where that little cast iron bit came from, but I can tell you this - it's not from a Mk3. Neither the W58 or the R154 uses something that looks like that. Obviously, that means you don't have the parts needed for either clutch release system.

Yes, the new one comes with little foam seals around the base of all the bolts. That's correct - and all they hold on is the bottom piece of window trim, they don't have anything to do with the glass itself.
