possibly, it could be a few different things. If your curious you can always take if off and clean it out, its not hard and doesn't take long. You can either remove the 3 philips screws (sometimes tend to be stuck) or you can take off the two hex bolts and the small coolant line the passes...

Ive had my ISC and my TPS go bad:aigo: A lot of times when people think their ISC is going bad its really just because of too much carbon build up over time so you might want to try cleaning it first, and check the calibration of your TPS while your at it.

oh I didn't know the spedo. was just part of the harness, do you have to remove anything else to get to the bulbs?

the ones in the dash should uncscrew.. and the CC ones you have to unsoder the old and soder back in the new ones

If your going to change the CC led's just be careful with the boards, they tend to be very fragile....I was very gentle with mine and pulled just slightly too hard and broke one in half the had to hunt down another 89+ CC

the newer HG's from toyota are revised and are not the same as they were back in production

you move your shifter to reverse like always...it doesn't effect anything else but your shift points
