    Appears to me you might have codes 31 and 34. Use this link here to check the codes using the diagnostic box just to verify that it is codes 31 and 34. http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/TechTips/engine_error_codes.aspx My guess, is your AFM went.

    My new motor is almost ready to go in, but it is missing the front key for the keyway for the harmonic balancer. I have another new motor. Can i take the key way out of one, and install it in the other? Whats the best way to go about removing the key outof the keyway without damaging it...

    Car blows alot of smoke

    Not neccassarily. Be careful on the advice you give/receive. White smoke is NOT only and always the head gasket. My advice is for you to do a leak down test, and report back.
