Like Suprahero said, un metered air. Maybe to much fuel because of this. It happened to me on several occasions, sometimes it looks like the pipes are all connected.

The part of that wire that goes up into the fuse box, what does that wire on the fuse box cover say it is?

That looks like a power/ground wire.. That goes into the fuse box for use right next to that white one.

Speedo cable has a white clip that is around it to align it and keep it straight. The Tach's you will want someone else to chime in on those.

Reason why the gauge pegs is, there is no input, when I disconnected my plug from the sensor in the engine bay it did the same thing or if a vacuum line comes off.

Would you agree the ignition system is better to C.O.P, also what about the design of the inter cooler piping? Just throwing that out there.. I am not a fan of how the 7M has the 3000 pipe as a heat sink right over a hot motor, also getting to the plugs and wires is fun.. :\

Good to hear about the speed sensor, that is what I thought the speed came from.

Just keep the 2JZ in the MKIV, we'll keep the 7M in MKIII's and MKII's. The 7M gave the idea for the 1jz and 2JZ, it is just a improved 7M in my opinion. The 7M was good for its time, and now the 1jz/2jz are here they're good for their time as well.

Yup that is the plug. I think i included that for you if you may have needed it for some reason too! I had a spare box of 100's of plugs..

For some reason I am with jetjock. I thought Speed could be taken from the cluster inputs as well. TEMS cars I am not sure if they all get ABS or not, but they have sensors too.. I am looking into this now.
