e01 is a ground, and that actually goes to the ECU pinout too.. Check for grounds and make sure everything is secure..

what happens is the car has to go to customs. They will take the car apart and tell you what you need to make it U.S compatible. New wind shield, door support, front rear bumper, etc.. That is just tip of the ice burg..

Did your fuel pressure reg have an issue? All vacuum lines attached correctly? Check engine light came on you said, did you check the code it gave? Is everything like grounds secure?
