As far as performance/flow the RSR GTII make take the win over the other 3" systems.
I like my RSR but it can get loud in the car. (it came with a silencer but I refuse to use it) :evil2:
I have a cast Turbonetics T4 manifold (Ceramic coated), Driftmotion HKS style WG, AEM 4" DRYFLO filter and the MP T64 with antisurge housing sitting on the floor in the house awaiting installation. I need to have the vbands welded on the downpipe and then make a 4" intake pipe.

I have a new MP Turbo and was told (by the manufacturer) they usually run -3 feed lines. MP turbo's are journal bearings. I am going to run a -4 because those are the fittings and stuff I already have. However, they told me to try the -4.
I agree with Poodles, Save the $100 or so and use it on a downpipe, test pipe or something that will actually benefit your car. There's is easy horsepower to be made for somewhat lower budget items.

There has been documented dynosheet of 400+ whp with 57trim. If your crank horsepower goal is around 400 you should be able to accomplish this with supporting mods and tuning. It would only take a few more hundred rpms to spool a 60trim CT. The 60trim has more of a questionable lifespan than...

RTFM = read the f$%* manual. He's not being sarcastic, but it really helps to read the manual. It will tell you how much torque should be used and if the injectors should move etc...
