I would suggest to at least get a wideband gauge so you can keep an eye on a/f ratio. As long as the a/f stays withing reasonable values you don't need a tune.
If you do need to tune i would suggest either Maft-pro for a piggyback or just go full standalone.
I'm having this same issue with my car, dont really have any suggestions for you though.

Have you had your venom injectors flow tested? Theres a thread saying to stay away because they're know to have issues.
Unless your BOV is leaking putting a recirc BOV wouldnt make a difference till it came time to shift.
