I would put the gear on that you know is a 7m gear and not the one with the circle holes.

Do I need to embaress your 1jz's with my 7m ;)

Also if your planning on useing aluminum for your intercooler piping mig is out of the the question....if your serious about welding forget mig go striaght to tig as you can weld a varity of materials and weld them good. Just takes research and practice.

Hmmmm check for boost leaks on that I'd be very suspect. And I just went through doing all my pipping do to vert similar problems that turned out to be leak related.

The easiest way to do it is to use a smoke machine.
