Someone got an Asswhooping for screwing with cars.....Possibly nsfw due to language

Wow... seems more than a little overboard to me. I'm a firm believer in making the punishment fit the crime, and an asswhooping, busted nose, broken leg, plus getting arrested and charged for vandalism doesn't add up to even vaguely close to fair in my book. Maybe it's just cultural...

Electric fans, just one more thread... Lol

Yes, I still think that will be too much draw on the system. That DM upgraded unit might be the answer... to be honest, I'm not sure what the stock rating is, so I don't know how much bigger that one is.

Electric fans, just one more thread... Lol

The challenge is going to be powering them... the stock alternator won't run your headlights, heater blower, electric fans, and the rear window defrost without dipping into your battery reserve...

    After market subframes?

Without work, no. There are several folks who have modified a Mustang rack to work.

Linking to other forums is certainly allowed, so don't hold back. We do have this information here somewhere as well.

Walbro fuel pump upgrade - is 12V mod required?

    He's not running a 7M. 15psi on the 1J isn't all that much.

    Disappearing coolant ???

Also check the lines from the radiator to the overflow tank. If those get a small hole in them, they'll push coolant out as the engine gets hot, and suck air back in as it cools off. Don't forget the pickup line in the overflow itself.

    After market subframes?

I wouldn't expect it to be cheap, not by a long shot. What I would expect is that it would put the car on a rather big diet.

    After market subframes?

Hasn't happened yet, unfortunately. I'd buy one.

    Its finally here! (Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ/Toyota 86)

I notice the car in that speed hunters article has both stock seatbelts and racing harnesses... wonder how they put in both? And how did they anchor the harnesses without a roll bar?

Most Common Leaks for a MKIII?????

You don't need to check everywhere. Just pull out the rear seats and the inside body panels beside the rear seats, and look at the seam on the inside rear fender well. If it's going to be rusty, it always seems to start there.

    Power steering problem

My last Supra came with PS fluid instead of transmission fluid... considering the cost of transmission fluid, I just bought a bunch, drained out the PS, filled it with TF, ran it for a bit, drained, filled, ran, drained, filled, ran... I figure after a couple flushes like that, the % of PS...

    300Kmh Speedometer Gauge?

Because by the time the Mk3 came out, the only ass backwards country in the world still using a measure system from the middle ages was the USA. And the USA decided that they wanted to classify cars based on how fast they would go... and this somehow translates into, charge more insurance /...

Dex III. There's been problems with PS fluid.

Couple questions about a MK3 i found on Craigslist.

Looks like an NA -> Turbo swap. That would explain the 88 wing, throttle cable, aftermarket wiring run all to hell and back without any protective housing, & lack of factory vacuum lines. Looks like they just left the IAC and PCV open to the air, which probably doesn't work all that well.

    Power steering problem

Most commonly that means the plug to your progressive power steering has been disconnected. Or someone has filled your power steering with actual power steering fluid, when it's designed for transmission fluid.
