actually I work at a auto parts store and you wouldn't believe how many people are coming in with newer GM cars and replacing some pretty big parts...things that shouldn't be going out on cars that new
ok, i dont think anyone can beat the deal I got... $550 for painting including moldings in the fenders, the kaminari sides and rear, and the paint itself....although I did help with a lot of the prep work...wanted to paint it myself but didnt have anywhere to go.
depends on what you want to do, its your money.... like I said, I used h&rs with the blues for awhile and had no problems once so ever. I just switched because someone offered me a good deal on the bilstiens. anythings going to be better than what you have now
yea, when I swap my new motor in this winter and the front mount goes in, thats not going to be there regaurdless ill but it in my dash and take my chances
heres a pic so you can see how they sit:
they are a little bit more than the blues, i believe the bilsteins are around 110 to 120 a piece last time I checked
EDIT: oh, and I have rode H&Rs with the blues before, not too bad of a ride but I still like the bilstiens better
I have H&rs with bilstein struts and cusco pillowball mounts, my wheels are 17x8.5 in the front and 17x9.5 in the rear with yokohama avs tires. I love the way they ride and feel
depending on what dealer you go to they can take your vin number and make a new key from it (you have to bring the title so they know its yours) some dealers databases dont go back that far so you would have to remove your passenger lock and there is a code inprinted on it they can use
