Have you checked all your belts? If its at certain speeds and not certain RPMs, Im still betting on suspension or driveshaft joints somewhere.

From the front, check your suspension system out, make sure youre not missing any bolts, and then your brakes, make sure in that area nothing came loose. Also check your inner (mud guards?) I had this issue then one day at 90mph my freakin inner tire wall guard just came off, tore out from under...

My advice, check both head and block for flatness, if they are ok, have head machined, go to a dealer, get OEM gasket, I believe theres only one size for those. MHGs have 2 diff sizes usually.

You check all your joints on your driveshaft? Id start there, to be honest I forget the part names, but a good overlook on that will be a good start.

I had one, I was told by several people OEM was superior so I grabbed that instead, later someone told me the OEMs are Fel Pro made.. so no idea.
