It's caused by air in coolant system.
Make sure your coolant is full and that you have some in your overflow.
Check for coolant leaks.
Personally I think blurping is crap. If you have a heathly coolant system it should purge its self. If its not something else is wrong.

It will probably take and hour to an hour and 15 to get to the church we are meeting at. So I would say 7:45am would be good and leaving there no later then 8.

There is a big difference in the way Rod Knock sounds and the sound the cams make.
If its got Rod Knock it will make a Knock sound, as for the cams its more of a sewing machine type noise.
Might as well pull the engine and inspect everything.
When you max things out you will get fuel cut. Don't worry about the Hz. I have a stock AFM and have seen over 1700Hz at around 11 psi.
Just keep an eye on your AFR.
its seems pretty nice, this is my first fuel computer and if I hadn't gotten it on trade I probably would have gone with something else.
Its real easy to wire up, just have to take your time and triple check everything.
