Am I blind? I've just spent 20 minutes digging through the TSRM looking for the section that deals with the heater core, and I can't find it. Anyone know where it is?

If it's brand new, maybe. Of course, a brand new one is $325, and a new ATI is better, so for an extra $45 I'd be hard pressed to justify the stock unit.
Well, I've got plastic pumps for bicycle tires, and they have no problems going to 120psi... so somehow I doubt making one that takes automotive forced induction pressures would be a big challenge.
Mine isn't hooked up to a switch at all. It's hooked up to the speed sensor and the clutch switch. If speed = 0 and the clutch is in, going WOT triggers boost on launch.
