hey...before you buy - research some more - look at the misc venders area on here and look at the ZANKUKO thread - he has some great deals on SS lines. companies other than technifit - but from my "research" (which was mostly just looking at everything and anything to upgrade my mk3) it seemed...
hey fello JDM tail guys...don't forget the 2 extra studs on the far left and right of the center piece...there's no holes in the body for those to go through...so you decide to either drill holes or cut off the studs. thats the only issue that hasn't been said.
don't forget about cryo treatments...if you buy new rotors, you send them to a company and they treat them and send them back, then you put them on. when i was looking at it - it was around $70 each...there are some big pros to getting them treated. mainly longer lasting...you're not going to...
just picked up an 87 n/a auto parts car...during first inspection before i bought it i found a couple sockets in the engine bay, on the under panel...small but only the beginning for me lol...got my first supra about a month an half ago.
you'll need a diode...
power to white lights <|-----|> + normal power always
ground from lights <|diode|> - ground
power to red lights <|-----|> + wire that usually goes to a led shift light
this is a crude example...but pretty much: the diode does the job of the IF this, then do this...
so i got a chance to work on my supra today...i replaced the driver side headlight motor and added some coolant cause i'm still burping my system.

people with galants love their products...just saying. i used to own a 9th gen and was all over forums...lots of people bought their intakes that came with the filters. never heard any issues from this company.
i agree that this filter looks a LOT like the apexi...which is in my near future...
IMO i'd do the first option...and see if you can get it to fit nicely and work perfectly - if it works, it works - you know? just make sure you write up exactly how you mate it up with your ma70...so you can print out copies when you sell these..........i know i'll need one. :]
here's my list from slowest to fastest from my research (which is coming from memory):
- stock mkiii $cheap
- walbro ~$100
- stock mkiv TT ~$150 used, ~$250 new
- 044 bosch $?
- aeromotive a1000 pump ~$350 new
i'm interested in the stock mkiv...but need to see some prices on the bosch.
to answer your question on "manumatically"...i wouldn't call it that, but yes. that is exactly what drag racers do - they have automatic trannies, obviously crazy built up, but they go from first-to-second-to-third...etc by "slapsticking it". the shifters have a catch that won't let you go...
