    Code 24???

According to the TSRM removing the HAC will result in it's own code, a 35. Either way, try plugging the HAC back in, resetting the ECU, and see if the code goes away.

    E-manage with Split Second PSCI-005

Highly possible. Unfortunately I haven't done enough work with AFM's other then stock Toyota & VPC to know the answer. IMO the MAFT would be the way to go for an N/A car.

    HAC sensor???

Every 7mgte has the HAC, it's just built into the ECU somewhere around 88. Before it was built in it was located under the glove box.

    vpc with 720cc greddy inj?

You could scale back the fuel with any number of devices - HKS S-AFR, HKS GCC, GReddy e-Manage, or A'PEXi S-AFC. A lot of people notice the VPC runs the car pretty rich anyway, so running a 550chip on 720's might not be too bad. Of course you'll need the proper gauges (wideband and/or EGT) to...

    oil pressure?

You can't put too much faith in the stock gauge as it is horribly inaccurate. However the typical reading at idle is 5-40psi and engine warm ~3k rpm should be around 35-60psi.

    Code 24???

    Bad AFM most likely. http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM/fi/FI_060.html

    Oil return lines.

No. Oil filter (and by correlation the relocation kit) is going to have a feed and a return.

    Oil return lines.

It will work for supply and return.

    E-manage with Split Second PSCI-005

It won't work with the 7mgte ECU. All it's doing is modifying typical 5v signals - MAP, MAFT, or flapper door. Won't work on KV AFM which uses a frequency. It would probably work on the 7mge but it wouldn't accomplish anything the e-Manage alone couldn't do (useful).

    info on MAP ECU?

The VPC completely removes FCO. I don't believe the MAP ECU does, it does have a clamp function but the VPC removes FCO without clamping. If you clamp your AFM signal the ECU won't add more fuel past that point.

    oil burning causes misfire?

All it takes is a little time of running with oil dumping into the cylinders for the spark plugs to get coated in carbon. After that they won't want to fire.

    warped head?

Sounds like you might have an exhaust leak. New gaskets should solve that. Start the car cold and immediately try to feel for exhaust leaking out around the manifold, turbo and O2 housing. Stand behind the car while someone revs it up once, that is the sound you need to be looking for. If...

    greddy turbo timer???

If you're trying to tap into the cars speed sensor for your turbo timer the easiest place for that is near the ECU. Just look in the TSRM to find out which wire that is.

    Coolant Consumption...

The most common spots are the hardest to reach. You could try warming the car up just until the upper radiator hose gets stiff and putting on a heavy pair of gloves. Then try moving around all of the coolant hoses. If the hose is cracked it will spray when you move it to a certain angle.

    Oil return lines.

I assume you're trying to find an oil supply for a turbo transplant, in which case tapping into an oil filter relocation kit should work.

    emanage

On some of the cars I've tuned/installed e-Manage's into I've noticed the blinking X column and they seem to be TPS related. I don't run any of my maps boost related except ignition, and most of the installs I've done were purely throttle based.

    Vpc

What you receive with the VPC should be the VPC main unit, a MAP sensor, a temperature sensor, and a harness that runs from two sensors to the VPC. Depending on what car the VPC was in before, it may or may not have the correct ECU harness and chip inside the VPC. The e-Manage + VPC is a...
