    89T with GT35R and FFIM

Looks great! That's very similar to the setup I'm planning on running. How is the spool with the .82 A/R? Top end? That is what I'm thinking of getting too.

    R-154 Leaks

I wish I knew how to take that off when I did my seal! I ended up buying a seal puller from autozone to do the job. Keep in mind you'll need something to set the new seal in place evenly. I didn't have anything handy to do it evenly, so I just slowly eased it in from side to side.

    Bad Head Gasket?

+1. I would get a better gauge so you know exactly what your coolant temperature is at. This way you can closely monitor the fluctuations. I have my sensor (temporarily) in the upper radiator hose. Therefore it will only read accurately once the thermostat opens, but because of this I know...

What camera do you guys use?

+1. Though I don't have experience with much else, I've found my Nikon D40 to be a great camera to take quick pictures with in auto mode but still give me the versatility of a DSLR.

    Gurley's 92 Teal 2JZ Project

That started up quick for the first start! Sounds like it runs real nice :)

Had a scare today- pcv system was the culprit.

I would like to know this as well. I rarely drive my car and I have about 1/2" - 3/4" of water in my catch can (not much oil at all). Mine is routed exactly like yours, but I have a PCV valve right off the TB to prevent backflow from boost.

    Cleaning AC Condensor

Like mkiiichip said, removing the radiator is a good idea. There is likely a bit of dirt and grime behind that as well. I know there was in mine.

    Cold Start Injector

I don't have my CSI on my FFIM I just installed (although I had the flange welded in so I can install it whenever I want ;) ). Honestly it doesn't start that great at any temperature colder than about 60 degrees. I always have to give it a rest and crank it 2-3 times before it catches and fires...

    New DriftMotion Exhaust

I'm thinking that's the silencer sitting in there. I'd be interested in hearing inside & outside clips as well. That's not a bad price, even if it is a "china" exhaust ;)

    OHIO thread

No, I actually need a longer cable for use with my FFIM. I stopped at Summit Racing yesterday and picked up a universal Lokar 36". I started to install it yesterday; I hope to have it installed completely today or tomorrow :). Thanks anyway.

New to the site. My 2jz conquest project

Someone else had a 2JZ conquest on here. I don't think he was very active, but IIRC it was a quick car!

    Need tech help- computer infected

Furthermore, if you think she may get more viruses in the future, image the disk after all of the programs have been re-installed. Next time the restore will take less time than the reformat, and all of the programs will still be there.

    OHIO thread

Yep, and it's killing me. I've got my car running (been down since December) but it still needs a throttle cable and the TPS adjusted to be drivable.

    Arknotts' 92 Teal Build

The 80mm throttle body and the gasket I custom made from a sheet of universal gasket material: The IC piping (yes I have both a blue and a black coupler...the blue came with the IC piping kit; I need to order another joint in black. It works for now though :icon_bigg)...

    Arknotts' 92 Teal Build

I installed an Aeromotive AFPR along with -6AN lines (just in the bay, the stock lines are still running from the tank). For now I still have the stock 440 injectors. I plan on running a MAFT PRO for tuning, and once I get that installed I'll upgrade to 550s. From my research, the Walbro might...

    Arknotts' 92 Teal Build

Thanks; I'm still on the stock CT-26 so I won't be putting down any crazy numbers yet ;). I'd like to upgrade to a 57 trim for the summer, so I can actually take advantage of everything I have done so far. That said, I would be curious as well what numbers it will put down on a stock CT with...

    Arknotts' 92 Teal Build

Just about ready to start the car back up after 3.5 months of down time! :eek3dance I've been meaning to update this thread with pictures, but have been more focused on getting everything back together. I'm crossing my fingers I haven't forgot anything! :stickpoke I have lots on my camera that I...

DECELERATION - Clutch ENGAGED or NOT?

I always leave it in gear, downshifting as I go (w/ revmatching as much as possible). When coming to a stop, I'll usually take it out of third gear and put it in neutral at ~1000-1500 rpm. Sometimes I'll go down to second if it is a really slow stop. I don't feel my clutch is worn much more at...

Article: 7M-GTE Wiring Harness Plugs, What is what, Walk Through

Another thumbs up to this post! While installing my FFIM, I had most of the connectors in the "2nd part" disconnected. This helped me to get organized and quickly get everything back together :icon_razz

    402,000 mile supra

Very clean for 400,000 miles, but it helps not driving it in these Ohio winters :). It just goes to show that properly taken care of, a car can still look great with 400,000 miles on it. There isn't a picture of the interior, but from the looks of the steering wheel it's in great shape as well!
