p/s ive block tested a prob close to a thousand cars in my time.. matco makes a 2 stage block tester... helps prevent false readings.. in the second chamber..

you are not using it right... the coolent needs to be a little low in the radiator... fill the thingy to that line on it were it says to fill.. the idea is you want to suck up the gasses on top of the coolent in the radiator... not suck up the water...

now we getting some place... Ij to adjust them ? :} i want to try diferant timings and see what diferance it makes.. i all ready know i can just move the gear over to left or right 1 dowl pin and it will move the cam 1/2 tooth eather way.. but id rather have adjustable..

Well ... if this was me.. and me being poor.. and not wanting to spend a small gold mine on pulling everything apart and have presure tested ....... i would get oem head gasket... clean the block head as much as you can... take drain plug out.. get garden hose in there.. flush that sucker out...

they love the air fiting hole.... pluged a few air guns and ratches up... hope its not to bad dude.. but seeing as they use MUD aka dirt... lets see ... hope filter got most..

Soldering tank is not hard to do... but you will need a oxy/ac torch or a propain one.. and one of these.. i have done a few .. and some still full of gas...

you need to check freon level... Is the compressor turning ? if not you can hot wire it and as long as it does not make some funky noise.. and starts blowing cold.. then you prob have a small leak... that is what it sounds like.. work for 2 weeks then stop.. sounds like a very small leak...
