sounds like its not adjusted right.... you can adjust it acording to tsrm or do like some... loosen both screws and just move it a little at a time one way or other.. till it runs right..

aint a qucik fix.. its under to much pressure.. it has to be welded.. and it has to be off the car or atleast both ends of the line unhooked... to get the pressure off it 100% and no .. jb weld wont work..well it might..but dont think it will lol
replace line... or if you feel lucky get some aluminum welding rod and propain torch... i have repaired made alot of aluminum lines in a a/c shop its not hard to do with the right tools.. but in your case .. id say you are better off trying to find a used line and just replace it...

you have to atleast hone it and break the glaze.. even if you use the old rings... or it wil smoke like a train.. so if you going to do all that work.. its best to use new rings and bearings and know you have a motor that will have oil pressure and compression when done...
Correct.. if they want it.. you have to keep them from taking it.. now just a kill switch hiden under dash aint gona cut it.. Myself if you dont want it stolen then you have to make it noisy as hell and no way to shut off.... as in small backup battery... merc switch or something like it ...
