Nope, well atleast not on my 91. There should be 2 going to the cig and two that run off to a light for the ashtray light. Self tapping screw would work also, just get the paint gone.

Lol, wish I did. I started thinking about it, there is a ground wire in the cig outlet. I put my oil pressure gauge there, so I know there is one there. May be easier to get to that one. There are only like 4 wires behind it so its pretty simple.
