Such a nice show! I wish we could have such a nice gathering close to me.
Please say you won't be too upset if you ever see a picture of my hood propped open with a camshaft. A simple spanking would be OK though.
I posted pictures before, I guess I should post another from that same time period. Suprahero had his first 1JZ front clip coming, and he told me he would donate the entire body from it, because all he wanted was the motor and related parts. This is what it looked like when it arrived. This...
Looks like it was pretty nice! Take the bumper and all off, and inspect the condition of your frame. Parts can be had cheap. Paint, framework, and parts is a different story. If the frame is OK, fix it. If it needs work, find a shell, and don't look back. You can make your shell money back by...
The other day when I approved your membership into the 92 group, I was not positive of your 92 ownership, but thought you had one before. This is a very nice example of the 92. I will definitely be watching this one.
BTW............I happen to know where one very similar is close to me, that...
I am having similar troubles at this time, with almost impossible starts, and very erratic idle. The links in here will help me over the next few days as weather and life give me the chance.
Did you ever find more than 2 ground wires under the intake?
I believe your negative battery cable...
Even a brand new battery is only good for a few starts if the alternator is bad. The clicking from the stock relay is telling you that it is good, not bad. If you had no click, it would be time to check it out. The click tells you that the signal is getting that far. After that, your problem is...
I finally have internet back at home, so I can see a little more of what is going on. George told me it was pretty bad. My front bumper looks good in pictures, but it is far from what I would call fact-o-bake quality. I can't complain, as I have no money in the deal. It looks better than a...
I love it Ken!!!!!!!!!
Your plan sounds like a good one. If only there were a way to keep the beautiful Supra you have now, instead of buying another unknown later. We all have to do what we have to do though. Good Luck with the new car, and the sale.
I thought the Supra was for sale for financial reasons?????? Now you have the Supra AND a Lexus?
BTW........My car is no longer for sale! I'm finally enjoying it.
That's just about all the HP I ever planned for George's car! I have yet to see pictures of his new paint though. I'm sure Frankensupra is pretty happy now.
As for my car, I put most of my dash together today, and installed my short shifter. I have been having idle problems that I couldn't...
Thanks ISNMS! My internet time is very limited, I didn't want to go look that up.
One thing I need to add is that on the metal fuel line, you should loosen the nut off of the line, rather tha loosen the inside piece. Many people have broken their fuel line by twisting the wrong piece.
The satisfaction of it running is wonderful! Having that and boobies too, I'm ecstatic!!!!!!!!!
I'm at the library (in the Supra) using my 1 hour a day on a computer. My home bill is finally paid, but they can't hook me back up til Friday (asholes)
UPDATE*****
I rearranged some wiring to figure out my power probles (Fuel Pump and NEO), and got the constant power to the fuel pump solved. I also found the clunk in the rear to be a loose wheel!
I finally took the car out of the 25mph neighborhood today, and took it out on the...
