Peak tq occurs around peak boost. It's making power to redline; but, that's mainly your head work and cams. Boost isn't increasing to redline though. Not unless you've got an 84mm under the hood that you didn't mention. ;)

Your turbo spools similar to my JT62. Coming on good at ~3500 rpm and peaking around 4500. I love seeing the results of head work. Nice job!
