Yep, she leaks oil like a cow peeing on a flat rock. I lowered her down off the trailer, into the garage, and closed the door. I haven't looked at it since. Just been too busy... My guess is that it's the front main because idle oil pressures is about 20 psi.
Well, my version of the meet started out good; but, didn't end that way...

This ended like this...
Yep. One of the big reasons closed loop cannot be reliably and easily tuned with piggybacks is because most, if not all (including the Maft Pro) come on line after the TCCS.
^Unless there's a problem with your current turbo, you may want to consider getting your current setup working 100% before adding another variable. Just a thought...
After reading MANY results of closed loop tuning attempts, I chose to spend my time elsewhere. The benefits are small and in a lot of cases, folks went back to letting the ECU take care of it. That said, I have tuned in a slightly leaner cruise.
IMO, tuning to Vf is a waste of time because of...
Supra as it was last year except for the meth kit. I'm toying with getting the standalone installed before then; but, not sure I want to risk a trip. Know what I mean...?
Nope. You got it.
Let the ECU handle closed loop operation and only tune for WOT. The stock ECU can add and subtract as much as 25% of fuel. That's a force to be reckoned with!
You know it! :D
You're right about that. I'll post up some pics a little later. Here's what the 4Runner got in the goodie department:
Marlin Crawler 1200lb Clutch (stock is 900lb)
Flow Matched Injectors
New bore hone with new rings
New bearings
Shimmed Oil Pump
Full Race Port & Polish Head...
Hey Andy! I've been busy rebuilding my 4Runner. I finished that last weekend and now the love goes back to the Soup! Next up, install the new injectors, DH61 Igniter, and AEM Standalone. I may end up moving my meth kit too. We'll see...
