Does KW have shock dyno graphs for those coilover in reference to the MKIV?
What fundamental frequency are you using for the MKIII to get an idea of the spring to start with and tweak from there?
I see rebound and compression adjustability. How exactly do you know that the adjustability...
Also keep in mind.
Rebuild the damn motor while it is out. Regardless of what they say it has been done. If not at the VERY LEAST quadruple check specs against TSRM.
In the end, used is used!
Nope!
Anyway.
Do a search for Ultra7m (Erenst). He did it but with APEXi ELO gauges. Looks really nice. His pictures should still be on cardomain.
edit: nm here you go

Here is an old video of his car when he was running a Tec-2 (He upgraded...
bad question if you are looknig for ONE general concensus answer. ;)
Because you will have A HOOD. But then you will have, CFX like Hood, Or Bomex, Or AbFlug (however you spell it) or custom etc.
Remember, Duane (upgradedsupra) used to do carbon fibre parts all the time but Boeing/Airbus...
it might!
You have to remember that the high voltage output of the coil is ONE side of the current flow equation (You have your positive but where is your ground/negative?) ;) You have to have a return and that return is the GROUND of the engine or directly to the battery.
edit: bad...
It can.
Only way to tell is to up the octane rating of the fuel and see if the knock still persists.
OP
forgot to ask. How are you "detecting" the detonation? A set of "cans" for listening?
Did you pull the plugs immediately after the pull? The pull should have been done to WOT and then engine "killed" so you can read the plugs. any idling will screw the readings up.
also the RPM when the "knock/detonation". Have a log of it? Reason is around 5000 rpm is pretty vague :) Also if...
something to keep in the back of your mind.
The two step might look cool but you are shortening the turbo's life span (depending on how severe the timing is) every time you use it ;) Nothing is without it's price.
pop pop goes the weasle, the weasle....
Duane
nice of you to finally grown some hair on your chest and get a manly fuel pump instead of the kiddie playground stuff from aeromotive ;) lol
oh heaven no.
I am talking about studio monitor speakers used in a near field configuration. Those computer speakers are rarely flat freq response wise. :)
Don't get me wrong. They are better than the old junky altec lansing etc but still, physics can only go so far ;)
Well the answer is as always it depends!
What are your speakers?
Onboard sound is quite fine even for on board gaming. Now if you are an Frame rate monger than outpbard sound will do you better but usually a 1-2 F/s drop with onboard in unnoticeable unless you are teetering on the 30 f/s...
cheap?
hmm
ANY CAR + a cliff that is 1320 feet high + Gravity = fastest 1/4 mile car!
Only issue is that you get exactly one pass with the car and no more! :(
wait wait wait.
Man you guys are sometimes amazing! Does anyone ever read?
Boosted 4 life.
The car runs but will not pass 1500-2000 rpm? hate to say this but that does not sound like a TCCS problem. What it sounds like is that it is missing a signal from one of the sensors issue.
The...
