Nope. Not on the stock 7m head you won't. The 7m head affect the turbo efficency zone by a significant amount and also affect the VE of the engine. Keep in mind that the more displacement the less intake manifold pressure needed to get to the same power.

well beside the heater core stuff I can not think of anything else behind the dash.
I would also inspect the heater hoses in the engine bay. Make sure they are good.

You are running the lexus AFM + 660 injectors or some other system?
assuming that you are Lexus AFM. The 660 injector will make you run lean on E85 as just with basic math, I came up with 550cc/min x 30% = 165cc/min + 550cc/min = 715 cc/min to be 30%...
Tuneable within the confines of the TCCS. The HKS chock full of piggy backs never had direct control of the injection or ignition so it was still lieing to the TCCS to get what it wanted.
