what type of vacuum pump did you use?
41.9, that is nice and chilly but the real test is during the hot weather. If it cools that good during, say a 90+ degree day. Then you are GOLDEN!
steve,
Imax 6A? On the 55w unit?
That is imposible! No, I mean it! Not enough voltage at that level to cause that regardless of requency. No different than how TiG/GTAW welders achieve an arc. High frequency plus 22kv to jump the gap then adjust all the way down to 5A at 18v. But that...
Steve
the issue with your logic is that unless the battery is completely DEAD, it should supply the current needed until it can't anymore. No different than the battery suppling 100+ amps to the starter prior to the alternator coming online.
The wiring upgrade. No clue who that guy is but...
55w HID when stock OEM is 35w?
Anyway on to your issue
HID pull MORE amperage as the voltage drops. If the wire is not already thoroughly cooked by now, it more than likely is going to be.
The HIDs.
Who makes the ballast? What is the current draw at 13.8? 12v?
hardcore,
regardless of how you feel (and you are not the only one). Read my edit to your post. Take it to heart.
Take two steps back, BREATHE, Relax. and then proceeed to post and dp business with who ever it is you are going to do business with.
It works nice. So nice that I use it on my leather sofa inside the house. Not only that, it does not smell nowhere near as horrid as the armor-all does.
No outgassing. It cleans but does not leave a shine like classic armor all. It is infact dull and the only way you can tell, the nice aroma...
No standalone won't..
You need to know what the stock stuff does natively. The only exceptionm is the wolf3d which I think they have pin outs on how to connect to the 7m harness.
It is a standalone. If you are asking how to wire one up. You should not be doing it as it is basic wiring of electronic equipment.
If you are talking about the wiring diagram for the tec3...

have to read the document to get pin specific...
no way to f'ing no. As no car is the same and specifically weight wise. So what works in one supra will feel like complete crap on another.
Going to have to test and try. No way around it.
bah
you had to ask.. lol
That was so long ago that I don't remember that type of specifics (after all I did it once!).
Now the other part, new dryer, put the oil in it, Took the connections off the compressor after the flush and dry, and added oil there. Buttoned up everything and...
On the front pusher fan....
I have owner my car since 1994. it is an 87. It never had the fan back then. Unless the previous owner took it off... but when I bought the car with 42k miles on it........ Doubt that the owner did anything save drive it gingerly.......
Satan. Only thing changed in my car was the refrigarant, oil, and dryer canister. Nothing else. I have a robinair vacuum pump 6cfm rating that helped in evacuating the system.
Good luck with this though. I will be watching intently! :)
Tec 3r pricey?
No it is not.
Duane ran the Tec II
I ran the Tec3, The issue with the Tec3..... you MUST run the GM sensors AND you MUST run the 60-2 crank trigger wheel. No if's, ands or doubts about it.
