Dude it's a thermistor. They don't have polarity just put the wires in lol. wth? You can use a coolant temp sensor also as they have similar values. Swear to god...
The black wire on the the 4 wire plug is the 5v square wave for DIS tach. Traditional tach use the signal wire to coil 1 (light green) timing loop in the igniter plug shell. If it gives you any shit (which it won't) use a diode damn!
What kind of tach you hookin up?
Okay so you have a 110 ecu fair enough. Now just find a pinout and use the method I originally described.
't worry :)_
I just foudn the exact info. http://toyota.epc-data.com/mark_ii_wagon_blit/jzx110w/31449/electric/8404/89661/ The pinout should match all the other 110s so dont worry :)
You...
Well you wont screw it up You'll just add more timing. Try to stay in the -10% range. If youre fine now and wont turn the boost up I wouldnt even bother.
boost that low is gonna require something smaller than the smallest holset. I know I've done it (i used to make 1.4 bar at 2800rpm). And you trade off with a loss in top end. It sure is fun though.
For that boost just run a walbro or a mkiv pump. You'll be fine.
