    greddy profec help

When you turn the unit off, it goes back to a stock setting as if you have no EBC. (I am running a PRofec b 1st version) What I do, is turn mine on LOW @ the lowest setting, this way I can run stock boost, w/ the better feel of the Gain adjusted on the wastegate. Then I set HI on the higher...

    Type of Vented Gas Cap

What vacuum source would you use for the BVSV for the evap system, if you have a JDM t/b with only 1 vacuum port? I believe I read somewhere that a Honda had a smaller cannister that would work as well?!? Anyone know of this?

    rebuilding rear differential

Search your local yellow pages for a local rebuilder. Search under "ring & pinion". Call some local driveshaft shops and see if the offer these service or can refer you to someone. Beats shipping it out!

    egr valve

I am in the same boat. Easiest way to pull the EGR is to take off the upper intake manifold. I just finished cleaning all the ports (clogged) so I can get mine to pass. I'm sure you can fish it out w/ some extensions and flex-sockets, but I happen to be doing a few other things as well...

    charcoal canister question

Your Solara cannister is mounted above/near your gas tank. You'd have to put the car on a lift or jack it up to see it.

Not to thread-jack, JJ are you refering to the EFI temp sensor? I recently failed as well. EGR was clogged, but while doing the EGR, I looked over some things and noticed my EFI temp sensor was broken (top half pulled off w/ the connector) I have replaced it, but was wondering if that helped to...

    Cleaning the ERG ports/cooling plate....

Anyone have any luck doing this on the car? Long story short, went for the state inspection, put the cat back in etc... and it failed for nox being too high. I know the cat is clean, (haven't used it in 2 yrs) so we tried testing the EGR manually opening it. No stall. I have pulled the upper...

    Walbro install ?

I just received a 255 Walbro pump from a "SM authorized" vendor, and the install kit did not have the "pigtail" connector to crimp on. Can I use 2 blade style connectors and some wire, or do I need to call and have them send it? The reason I ask, I was hoping to put it in this weekend...
