Sell it for $5 and add the extra time to dismount the exhaust and turbo itself, just think its unnecessary with a little arm manipulation you can take off and put on an oil line rather quickly versus removing the entire turbo. To each his own though. GL with whatever you choose to do.
Clutch is slipping. Already ordered a replacement 6 puck from ACT, and locking down another flywheel. Question is, stick with the used (approx 30K 65-70% highway) RPS 3200 PP or go new OEM. I simply cannot afford another aftermarket PP. Keep in mind Ill have a 57 trim with full supporting mods...
Go from underneath, and use lots of extensions for the underside of the turbo. If you're replacing the lines, not sure why you should have to take off the turbo as those pieces are easily manipulated off.
Save yourself the hassle and if you are that worried get an electronically controlled T-stat, something MEANT to control flow and temperature automatically. You can't always keep your eye on an oil temp gauge, and if you can, well I'd start worrying about other things like your own safety.
The spark galley piece is actually a gasket for the large allen screws. Replace it from toyota only. I believe its around $50, it will eliminate your problems.
Be sure your ISC is working properly, it should click after the car is turned off, also check for proper resistances. Consider removing it to clean its filter, they can get very dirty over time.
I don't know exactly what your plans are but is there any hope down the road the mod and chip you're creating will have the option/feature to: 1. replace the Karman setup with a map like the turbo A or some other alternative 2. alternative firing methods (ie single coil, no waste spark setup) 3...
