im pretty much the most unpolitical guy around, but i saw some stuff on tv last night, and a guy was saying the immigration bill was suposed to be costing around 2 trillion dollars?
and some guy was explaining and going on and on about the flaws in the bill. holy shit?!! no wonder why we have so many of them here, the people in charge of keeping them out are dumbasses

I live about 20~ miles from Mexico and 12 from California - to tell you the truth, I don't know which I'm more concerned about when it comes to invasion.
What really pisses me off is when Americans hire them knowing their illegally here and pay them cash under the table. I don't give a shit if they aren't citizens and just here with a work visa, they should pay the damn taxes too if they work! :icon_evil
^^ in response to that, they fucking work hard. me and my parents had to tell them to take a break, they didnt want to. i will hire them again, because for the money they are excellent.
in response to this thread, it is BS. they have no rights as far as im concerned. i say we get a few million americans to go to mexico all at once and start demanding free healthcare, schooling, rent and medication.

I have no problems with mexicans who speak english when you talk to them. It's the ones that don't, who you suspect they know what you are saying and can comunicate back, but chose not to in english, are the ones that piss me off...

A meat packing plant with 500 something illegals was cracked down on, and had all their "hired" hands removed. In the time it took to lose all the workers, the jobs were refilled by americans in under 24 hours, in fact so many of them came they had to turn away quite a few.
No they dont do the jobs americans dont want, its a load of horse shit. Americans will do the jobs you say only the mexicans will, who do you think was doing them before the mexicans invaded?

i hire them because its hard to find Americans in my area that will bust their ass like they do for 10$ an hour. we got 3 holes dug, 3 trees planted, 3 yards of mulch down and leveled. and a few other things done in 8 hours. it would take me and my parents about 20 to do the same amount of work.
