My 5Zigen FN01R-C's came in the mail today. What you're looking at here one of the rears. It's 17x10 +25. The fronts are 17x9 +35. If need be, I might get a spacer for the fronts. Just waiting for rear rubber now (and for the engine to be done...).

For the rear tires, I'll run some Nitto NT05s, 275/40/17. Fronts will be my existing (and previously my rear tires, lots of tread left) 255/40/17.

Pics of rims on the Supra will be coming soon.

I have 18s on 245/45 with +40 offset and mine are rubbing on sudden dips or hard turns. I am using Illumina 2 with Eibachs. What can I do to help fix this?

19x8+45 is "okay" at best for stock suspension. Although, that offets seems very shallow for the rears. You would want at least a 9 inch wheel for the rears I would think.

Depending on tire size that would have to be getting close to the spring on the inside?

I have the stock RX7 rims on my car (16x8, +50mm IIRC) as well as Illumina II shocks and Eibach springs...lowered about 1.5", again, IIRC.

Looking to put something in the realm of 245/50R16 in the back, but there isn't much available near that size. There is a 265/45R16 for not too much more...will either one fit or just the 245? Would the 265 fit with a 3/8" spacer or something similar? Not sure if it will rub the fender or hit the shock first haha.

They should fit fine if the size and offset you provided are correct. I run 17x9.5 +50 in the back, also lowered a bit. Not even close to the tower yet, I probably have another ~10mm or so of free space there.

Try a proper sized tire. The tire you have is damn near 2" taller than stock size. Run a 245/35/18 and I think you'll be much happier not hearing the screech that comes with having a tire too big. Also, depending on your preference of ride 'softness/harshness', you might try running a stiffer shock, such as the Tokico Yellow.

Hm, if you've got that much offset and can fit more about 10mm more, it sounds like the mk3 has about 7.5" to 7.75"s of backspacing available in the rear. I've been wondering how much is available and a few others have asked with no answers, thanks for the info.

For my very first post I was wondering if anybody had any advice about 16x8 +12 fronts and 16x9 +12 rears being able to fit and clear everything. Any help would be awesome.

QFT...I have 17x9's, 15mm, (f) and 17x9.5, 15mm, (r) and no issues. Only my front fenders are rolled, and as long as no one rides in my back seats, no rubbing there. Tires are 225/45's (f), and 245/45's, (r)

Thanks for the answer, I test fitted them and they looked tiny, I would have had to lower it like 6 inches to cover the wheel gap. They were Work equips and I wanted them to fit so bad!
