oh 9.5 in the rear now.. you can go up to a 275/35/18 with probably no issues. Might have a slight rub on hard dips but I think it will clear.

BorHor , you ahve been most helpful, and I hate to ask again, BUT, what about if I didn't want any rubbing what so ever. What tyre should I go for .

For no rub what so ever.. 265/35/18 I guess. What kinda of suspension are you running?

It all depends on your height and alignment. At a moderate height the wheel will be flush with the fender.

Lower offset pushes the wheel out more. That set up can work but you will need to roll and probably need to run a skinny tire in back like a 245 or smaller.
will the front rub at all?

>>about my front 18 x 8.5 w/ 20 mm offset and back 18 x 9.5 w/ 25mm offset

Alright, I need you guy's help here. I have Cusco Zero1 coilovers on my '91. I currently have it pretty much slammed and was wondering if anyone else has this setup. I'm in the market for wheels and am wondering what will fit without some retarded fender roll. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I have some mkiv n/a wheels which are 16x8 and 16x9. I have the stock suspension setup. What size tire would you recommend? I wanted to go 245/50R16 in the front and 265 or 275/50R16 in the back.

I used to have 225/50/16 in front and 245/50/16 in the rear. I guess you can do that set up if you wanted though.. It was tough finding a tire size larger then a 255 when I was looking back in the day that was affordable.

What do you think about 17x8 +53? I would assume that I would be alright, but i need to be sure before i do something irreversible to the wheels.

:nono:That is a Subaru wheel, and has to much positive offset for the Supra. You'd have to run at least a 20MM spacer for it to look half way decent also.
My advice, leave the Suby rims, on Suby's. Get something off of www.rbmotoring.com, that was made for the Supra. There are plenty on there that are very affordable.

What would the best tire size be for my blitz wheels, im going with dunlop direzza dz101 tires, the wheel sizes are 17x8 +35 and 17x9 +32.
Is 255/40R/17 for the back and 245/40R/17 for the front about right?

I have the same size rims on my Supra, and I'm running 235/45-17's up front (OD=25.5") and 275/40-17's rear, (OD=25.7") You could run the 245/40's, and the 255/40's though, as they are very comparable in height also. It's kinda personal preference too. I wanted a more agressive 'muscle car' look out back, and the 275/40 on the 9" rim has a bulged sidewall, more so than the 255 would have. The 235/45, seems to be almost flush with rims edge out front, so you lose that look. I might eventually have my rims widened to 9's and 10's, and then I'd go up to the 245/40 on the front. IMHO, a 245/40 is too much tire for the 8" rim.
Hope this helps you. Post a photo of you Blitz rims too, those are some of the best!

Hi im going for a staggered setup
with a 18x9.5 +35 wheel at the rear.

Was thinking of 18x8 +20 in the front.

Will this setup match and might i get any rubbing issues?
Still on stock suspension, but getting coilover son so i can drop the ridehight.
