Fronts are going to need some stretched tires for sure.

Also depends on how low you will be.

Better off with some 9.5 for fronts.

This is a huge thread and I suck but I have the mkIV TT wheels and as every one knows the rub the control arms and rear strut at time. I'm looking for a wide, yet clean flush stance. I'm running h and r race springs and bilstein hd struts. What size spacers did you use if you happen to use the same suspension setup? Pm me if you like!

Tire sizes: front 225 45 17 rear 255 45 17

I have a 25mm spacer in the front and 15mm in the back with my MKIV TT wheels, 235 f 275 r. I think I posted them before in this thread, but pics in my build thread.

Has anyone else considered using the STi 2008-2011 BBS or Enkei wheels? The only thing that scares me off is the offsets, I wonder how the fitment will be on a MKIII.

2008-2011 STi BBS
Size: 18x8.5"
Offset: +55
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Wheel Weight: 20.5 lbs (forged)
OEM-equipped tire size: 245/40R18

2011 STi Enkei
Size: 18x8.5"
Offset: +55
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Wheel Weight: 23.x lbs
OEM-equipped tire size: 245/40R18

Almost forgot, I was eyeing a set of used RPF1s and the owner listed them as 5x114 instead of 5x114.3. I've never seen the RPF1 offered in that bolt pattern, so I'm assuming it's because he isn't sure himself.

Not that there is much difference between the two regardless. I just wanted to double check since I'm definitely not a wheel SME.

anytime I see 5x114, I assume they just left off the .3
Dont think there is any other pattern that comes close.. (could be wrong, but haven't seen any)

Anybody know a store online that has a large selection of hub centric rings or custom makes them for a fair price? I'm looking for 60.1 to 70.6, but I can't find anything for these exact sizes.
