True, but the vise grips are most likely already paid for.

Yes they are. For at least a couple of generations now. :biglaugh: It be old old old. I'll just get some new struts. It'll make me feel like I accomplished something.

OH- went outside just before dark to look under the car...:3d_frown:...I have an environmental disaster. So much oil...

So I've been to St Johns Arizona, Los Angeles California and then Houston Texas and then finally back to Fort Worth. Whew, long day. I get home about one hour ago and stopped, looked under my car and my Exxon Valdez oil spill is spreading. Pisses me off. I have to work tomorrow and so can't try to fix that problem until the weekend. Plus were are under a Winter Storm Warning. The oil slick will probably be creeping out from under the car by the time I get home Saturday..

And so what if it is huh???

You gotta think positive!!!!!!

Negative thoughs = negative boobies ;)

I have an anti-supra wife. Oil slick = bitching.

The problem will be fixed, I'm positive about that.

Long day sitting in a small jet with a guy who has the flesh eating bacteria. I was a little on edge.:aigo:

I'll be more positive, but was mostly just ranting. I'll do anything for you so I can get boobies.:icon_bigg

if it's leaking when it's sitting, it's more than like the oil drain plug leaking, or the oil filter...

at least from my experience with cars. Anywhere else will quickly be drained when the car is off...

Yea it shouldnt be leaking from the turbo oil return line if its just sitting... Right? Cause you don't have oil pressure when it's sitting.

The oil drain plug already had a little bit of a drip before I got the car started. The big oil leak started after it started. It's hard to tell in the video but as it's running, oil is dripping at an accelerated rate from somewhere higher up. I'm hoping it's just the oil return line from the oil cooler. I had to remove that banjo bolt and assembly in order to get the hose on it so I'm thinking it didn't seal good enough or it's maybe just not tight enough. Either way, I'm going to have to crawl back under the car, ugh!

I think this weekend the weather is supposed to be decent so I may start with the ass end and swap my LSD into it and then jack up the front and fix the oil leak. We'll see.
