Unsure about how to deal with a flatmate...

Give her and eviction notice. When she takes a shower turn off the hot water tank (Hot Side), Change the locks when she is not there and give everyone but her a key. One last trick everybody take the shitpaper with them so when she goes she got nothing to wipe with. I was a landlord and i use to take the shitter out and within a day or to the tenants moved out.

i say you sit down and have a talk with her. like one of those she comes in, the lights are dark, and its you, the other flatmates and her parents there. then you all have a good discusion on why she should pay, and how she is going to do so.

If you want to stay there the best thing you can do is just make her as uncomfortable as possible. Internet was a good idea... If everyone else has a cellphone i would consider shutting off the main phone line if you have one. Keep doing the toilet paper routine... Mark your personal food items if you share a refridgerator...
But... for the amount of money you'd have to pay for rent while dealing with her ass over the next few months, i would just find a new place and dip out.

I dont see the big deal. You guys aren't the Beatles, so it's o.k. to split up. I'd have to see this lease that you have that saids if one of you goes then the others go.
