Bang her until you're monetarily satisfied, thats what Ron Jeremy would do anyway. LOL. I don't know man I'd tell her if she doesn't give it to you then shes gone and get someone else, people are always looking for a place to live and she's easily replaced hopefully by someone who can cough up the cash.
They call that statutory rape here. I'd get 2 years and be put on a sex offenders register...besides, its no longer 2004 and i dont fancy her anymore.
She was well stroppy today though, bitching to friends down the phone about how evil i am for cutting off her internet access, then mentions to them its cause of my 'stupid obsession' about her not paying me money for it, and she get no sympathy from them, shouts back about how lame they are, and hangs up.....

I dont know whats worse in this situation. The tosser freeloading chic or the losers that are paying her bills. Come on shes stealing Your money and your making a game out of it. Grow up and kick her out or face the facts that your a wuss and supporting her.

Have you considered going STRAIGHT to her parents and showing how irresponsible she's being? They seem to be the type that wouldn't respond well to this sort of thing, but if you can show a reasonable amount of evidence that their little angel's a failure at life, maybe eventually they'll take a hint?
Okay how many times do i have to go over this again and again? I CANNOT KICK HER OUT. We're on a JOINT tenancy agreement and the landlord has already stated that we either ALL stay or we ALL leave. There's no two ways about it.

I cant see how a landlord would care if she is there or not. If you 3 are Paying her rent share anyways what does it matter? Ask the landlord if she can leave and you 3 stay paying the same rent.
Why would a landlord say no to that. He will have 1 less person in the place causing wear and tear. Explain she has a drug problem and the 3 of your are worried for your safety and flats safety. Other wise say youll all move out, then the landlord is stuck finding new people. Sure it might be a busy market but hes out at least a weeks rent, plus the effort of finding new people to move in.

Ask to make a brand new lease, with just three people on it. If they want you to stay, they will say yes, and you will start a new term. If not, they will raise the rent a lot, and that will be your message.

The landlord has said no to one person moving out because of the tenancy agreement which in this country are drafted to protect the rights of the landlord and NOT the renter. We cannot have a new agreement drafted up as we're only here until September, had this happened before xmas it would have been do-able, but it still would have cost us our £700 deposits.
We're NOT paying her rent - we each pay £333 a month out of our own individual accounts straight to the landlord. When she's skipped out on rent payments he has chased HER and NOT us, although ultimately if she doesnt pay up, he has to kick ALL of us out.
I can't lie about a drug problem, because they'll test her, simple as. If she passes the test, all it shows is that we lied.
Rich and I have already spoken to the landlord about terminating the lease, but there is no breach of contract committed in the eyes of the agency that leased it to us, yes, i know the rent that got skipped out on, but that isnt enough to kick someone out. When the landlord DOES want to kick us out, he apparrently has to give us minimum of 2 months notice. Likewise if we all agreed among us that we're moving out and terminating the lease from OUR side, we lose a £700 deposit each and have to give the landlord 2 months notice as well.
