Rules:
- The only driving aids allowed is TCS
- No Nitrous
- No prize cars/free cars
- No wallriding/grass cutting/cheating
- No Spoilers
- Budget of 75,000 cr (including car!)
- Oil Change/Rims/Car Washes do not count against budget
- Once someone has chosen a car, no one else can use it
- A car must be used throughout the whole series
- The team with the highest pt value will gain a certain amount of pts
- Honor system will be used. No screenshots/videos required
- If there is a tie between teams, the team with the "higher" ranked
player will gain more points. (EX: Team JPN/USA have a total of 10 pts,
but JPN has the player which had the 1st Position, then JPN gets the 3
"Team" pts)

Oh and whats the limit on days to submit a time per course, I say 2 so it moves at a decent pace.
