Sterile I will give it a good look when I get back. I have a bucket of parts that is labeled 87 parts maybe I put it in there.

I looked for it also while i was @ your crib....pretty quick look cuz it was hot as hell in the garage. It's no biggy. I should have gotten it when you offered. I got my radiator and working on putting the wiring harness now. Trying to repair alot of the frayed wires and broken insulation on others. I'm having nit picky stuff now but i'm plugging away. BTW when do you want the community engine stand? I'll be up there Monday night (5-6pm) , I can break it down and put it in the Maxima.

Soo, after some deeper diagnosis and research, it is possible my radiator cap gave way instead of my head gasket, which jived with the fact that when I thought I was starting to over hear, the radiator was pushing coolant but the engine felt cool, i.e. I could almost touch it. Any ideas or comments? I'm going to TOYOTA this time and getting a radiator cap from them. Should I just get a stock cap or one rated for a slightly higher bar/Psi?

Also, I have a question about the small auxilliary fan next to the battery. Mine doesnt seem to come on. What temp does it normally kick on at? In proper operating form, of course. What triggers it? I tried following the wire but kept getting lost lol

Ok, my days off have come and gone. What have I accomplished on my Supra? Not a damn thing! What... are you suprised? I've been pretty busy with the family. When I did have time it was too damn hot to even go outside.

David, that's sounds like a good price for all six. Go for it. I'll get your Lexus AFM back to you ASAP as I now have one myself.

Darrell, any progress on your end? How about you Mike? Have you received your 2jz yet? Is it in good condition?

Looks like its in good condition. I haven't done much over here, I'm on vacation and I've been fishing and crabing. All I've done is put my non abs lines and master. Also painted the brake booster and installed the clutch cylinder.

Rufus,
I'm moving along ok..kinda slow due to the heat. Ive been debating on re-installing the EGR valve on my car. Having a hard time finding one @ a descent price. But I'm moving on...fixing frayed wires, trying to find the right nuts & bolts. I decided to polish 3000 intake tube and throttle body to match the intake manifold Mike gave me. Should be done Sat.

Mike,
I found that valve but somehow it was bent. I tried to straighten it but I can still see thhat the little shaft inside itis bent. So I don't know if that will cause it to work properly when needed. Does anyone know if and N/A EGR valve will work?

Can anyone explain to me the reason for why you would want to change the connector on the intake manifold that feeds to the boost to a larger size? I hope I explained that correctly. I have two intake manifolds (7MGTE BTW) and one seems OG with a smaller connector nipple, the other is sorta polished but has a way larger nipple. Hopefully my images come out ok.

Maybe somebody broke the original one and went with one that he had on hand. I'd stick to the OG one myself.

I will be on vacation next week around Playa del Carmen http://www.karismahotels.com/resort/azul-fives-hotel-karisma . This will be my fourth time going to Cancun, but I'm not complaining. I haven't been on a "real" vacation in over 6 years. So no Supra stuff next week either. Not to mention no money for it either.... again. Something always comes up and eats my play money. *Crosses arms and stomps foot* It's not fair!

Yeah, I guess I shouldn't complain. I can't wait to see the nice asses on the beach by the blue water when I get there. Good tip on the dark sunglasses. I can check out the ass without getting busted so much.

David, did you peep this out? http://www.supramania.com/forums/sh...r!!!!-396HP-398ft-lbs-the-wheels-CT26-on-17.5 N/A high compression, CT26 57trim, Lexus AFM and piggyback through an automatic. That's impressive.

BTW, I took my Supra out last night for another cruise. I knew there was something funny about the brakes. Last night right when I was pullin up my street the brake pedal started going down to the floor. My brakes need a good looking at, so that's what I'll do one day. Maybe when I get back from vacation.
