oh ya i ended up breaking it in with boost but only 8 to 10 pounds


i plain forgot about my wide band being down stream hahahah

yes there is away to make is stick like it is steel wrap


what ya need is heat gun or gf's hair dryer heat guns works the best thou


the trick is to wet the wrap then use the gun to heat it so it shrinks and tightens to the pipe

stick heat gun in pipe then watch it strink from the heat


that pretty much about it

Well Since my old ported head was destroy from lean out Grrrrrrrrrrr

I got my self a new head to play with 92 casting as well

and some well pictures of group A heads porting job that I took my self


I figure I will put about 20 plus hours into this head alone and I will have to get custom pistons to boot since so much will be removed

I figuring how my life is going she will be ready for spring test and tune

and going to change some stuff around mabye get a newer turbo or run quick spool vavle I want spool back like I had on my 68 housieng



but for now it's head time

well did some work today

turning out pretty good I must say

now just have to ummm do some more fine tuning then cc the camber's and order my custom pistons :)

this time around I am going to be running solid bucket as well

still debating about getting bigger valves but we will see

Well fished roughing the chambers now I just have to do the finale chamber cleaning and matching and I will be good to go I may knock some more off the sides but we will see

Well I whip out the big slab of meat today and started to work on one of the chamber's It's really close to being done.
All I have to do is cc it then call up JE and get me some pistons made up

the plans for the head are

stock size 2jz vavles
thermo coat the chambers
re grind my bc 272 cam's since the 2jz valve's are longer "maybe"
solid buckets
plop my old BC tie springs and retainers

hahaha nice. It's probably because the trucks are always alive and drive-able. I know because that's how it is for me too. My Supra is being worked on and my truck is always running.
