That's flawed...because God created everything. If God chose not to create free will, then there'd be no free will right? Or are you saying free will created God? In which case man would've created God

hw is saying that free will is the ultamate love, and that god is ultamate love.

the most respectful thing that people can do is let others choose, like handing the remote to your significant other or parents

Um no you missed the point entirely.

God has MANY plans for you, but KNOWS EVERY PATH AND CHOICE THAT YOU WILL MAKE.

So God knew from the day I was born that my fate was that I was going to burn in hell for not using my free will to love him? Why would he create me out of his love just to see me burn in hell then? Not a very loving fellow then

Its obvious you are becomming the little kid on the play ground:

"I know you are but what am I."

"I know you are but what am I."

The greatest question of all time. You will never have an answer untill you meet God on judgement day.

Even then, you may never have an answer.

So when Africa was starting to be colonized, the Africans were forced into christianity to so that they could experience free will? Sounds a little shady.

You're exactly right.

You're thinking on small terms though... you're not dead yet are you?

I don't hear you sizzlin yet - still time to change the path.

he knew that one path you might could be that, or a multitude of other paths/fates. out lives are not predetermined, but rather the choices are sketched out on paper and we can choose our life path and take where it ends us up

Very shady and very wrong.

Im sure the people who did this will be judged just as harshly by God as much as he judges people of evil.

Exactly. To us human beings, this is known as infinity. To God, it is common knowledge.

Well you can turn me over, cause i'm done on this side. I guess in that case, because of my vehement disbelief in any high power or god, preferring to rely logical thought and explanations for things, i'm obviously going to burn in hell, seeing as i will NEVER submit to religion...

How so? Because I'm asking questions? You said God = pure love = free will and without free will there's no God. But if God created everything, would he not have created free will? So if he had chosen to not give us free wiil, he still could've existed, we just wouldn't know free will.

But if you're going to say that free will must exist to create god, doesn't that mean that man using free will could have created God?

Well any time you want to sit down, eat some PB, sip tea, and ask educated questions about what it means to have a relationship with Christ, I'll be here.

silly mortal, you do not need to follow a set religion in order to reach god. on the ten comandments it said, you shall know me as your one true god.
my father does not go to church(as do i for the most part), we believe that god built this world therefore it is his house. you dont need to go and listen to a priest to be closer to god, you can be your own priest teaching yourself.

No.

Think about it, if there was no free will then we would be nothing less of mindless robots.

You're starting to remind me of the owner of Robo Gym on Dodge Ball.

"You know what I know what I think you know that I know what you know that you dont' know what I thinnk you know."

Take what we are saying and stop trying to explain it away with *poof* new mathmatical theory.

Argh this thread is just pointless lock it I say, we are getting nowhere fast, just like other forums I'm on religious topics should be banned as they create too many issues.

I'll leave you with this note, if god is so great why do 7m's have BHG's.

I couldn't give a hoot what religion you are but you come and knock on my door and try to tell me about it you sure as hell are going to get a very cold reception. This is for one reason I respect Islam is because they don't try and shove it down others throats.

Christian's as a group have done way too many bad things for me to want to be associated with them, not to mention for all their values churches are some of the most currupt organisations around.
