Haven't updated in a while so here is a little bit of work that I've done so far...

I got the SAFC-II wired up to the ECU and the Turbo Timer wired up. Both useless right now but I can't do anything else so I did it lol :icon_razz

Painted the rest of the parts going on the head...

I just set the timing belt in there for now to see what it will look like.

I didn't think I would like all the red but its growing on me now lol The thought of a red supra with a black engine bay and a red motor to match the body color is....... :squirt-mo well you get the picture haha

I also painted the oil pan and the transmission "cover plates". I will get pictures tomorow.

The whole trans will be getting washed and painted to match, along with the block which I pick up from the machine shop tomorow!!! :biglaugh::biglaugh:

Got the block back!!!!
Did a little painting(Unfortunately facebook decided to be retarted and not upload my pictures so when I get them I will post them up here :: angry :

And also here is the pics of the oil pan and trans cover plates

(leaned against my buddies sidekick which is taking the supras spot in the garage :: angry :

Since these pictures I have put the oil squirters back in, oil pump driveshaft in, and oil filter adapter back on. Just waiting on the bearings then the motor will be complete :icon_bigg

So I haven't updated in a while.
I am still waiting for the person buying my parts supra to come get the car(this weekend) so that I can order my clevite77 bearings and walbro 255 :biglaugh:
So I have been busy doing this...

It started out not too bad but with the help of a little gasoline the asphault came right off in most places :icon_bigg
As a result I got this..so far

Theres probably about 15-20 pounds of sound deadening that has been taken out and another 5-10 that still needs to be taken out.

I decided to do more weight reduction so I took the rear bumper out:icon_razz...

I will be putting just the cover back on with some "custom" brackets

And just for the fun of it heres a shot of my black dash that I just put back in

All for now, hopefully I will have the bearings next week then I will get some pics of the engine going back together.

Oh yeah im breaking it in good, keeping it at stock settings for thre first 1500 kms and not boosting full until around 2000 kms

Not that long. I broke mine in less than 350 miles, then dynoed it, then to the track I went.
