they're 3mm Dan.

The blue actually isn't hard on the eyes at all. I have had mine done for quite a while and I have not had any problems with it.

Here's mine. Sorry I don't have a picture of just the c.c.

The pictures look like pretty standard 5mm LEDs.

The problem (As I see it) with blue is that blue is about the worst on night vision. It looks sexy, but isn't practical.

Still, because it looks good, that's the way that my stereo is done, too, so that makes for a confincing argument to go that way for my instrumentation. Hmmm... Though I think the buttons on my stereo are red, and the text is blue...

Aw crap. I already have a huge pile of 5mm LEDs in red, yellow, and white. It would have been nice if I could have used those. Red would work very nicely for the dashboard and climate control, IMO.

(I was going to re-do the tail lamp assembly in all LED. Still might, but it requires such a hack of the lights that I don't want to do it unless I have a spare set of lights to work with.)

Yessss. Maybe I'll redo mine too (have any pics?). Would like to see, whether there's point in messing with LED's:icon_razz

anitlock? never seen that dash light before....

I'm also very fond of green, but I like how some have changed the temp buttons to a sort of "hot, cold" red and blue...

I actually put 4 3mm LEDs in the keyring. I didn't think changing the bulb was enough. The thing is insanely bright, if it were on while driving it would be pure stupid, but since the keyring is only on when the doors open its okay :)

They're pretty damn cheap on eBay. Overnight from Jah-Pahn! (actually its Hong Kong....... and it takes a few weeks....)

I am going to change my temp buttons to red/blue, but that's the only change I plan to make ;)

ABS light was on, because the ABS was disconnected at that time :)

When I took my dash off the LEDs were white with green sleeves over them.
Are those the factory LEDs or has someone replaced them at some point? Anyways I removed the sleeves and put them in as white and it looks good IMO aside from a few hot spots. Maybe I will tint the bulbs or use a cooler white.
