wire it up how idk if the connector even works the harness i got was in good condition until the fedex asses got a hold of it(bastards) can i hadr wire it into the ecu without anything effecting it?? and if so what wires to run and cut its an 87 NA-T manual trans TEMS non ABS

Sigh. Yes you can but it's going to be a job. You'll need to run at least one wire if using a non-heated sensor. Three if using a heated sensor. Look at the ecu and see if the wires are already there. If this is beyond your skills you'll have to have it done. How did it pass emissions like that? There's no way it could have.

smog not due till this october and i pay for the fun type of smog and im pretty damn solid on electrical work so hit me bro diagrams list everything ya got i just cant run the three wires directly to the ecu or i can?? if so easy if not crap..........also its heated the three wire turbo one and what color wires on the ecu there all there its just breaks in the wire from the retards shipping it and it fell off the truck then the guy stepped on it delivering it.(just got home to see him remove his 400LB foot from it)

ok so im looking at it and for the life of me i cant think of anything right now i want the one that says ox sensor not check connector right??? and you might have to hold my hand through this one as you have so many other members.........:3d_frown:

yeah after i posted that i went back over it and realzied it was the diagnosis check connector i didnt fully understand it till i looked more closely at it my fault so heater wires to HT and OX to OX and any chassis ground or to the actual ecu?? and also i am damn solid on electrical wiring and harness extensions and all that not reading diagrams...............but still +1 to you for callin me on it

thats easy i have shielded coaxial cable here left over from my KS re-wire. Ox to Ox heater to HT and the ground wire to chassis ground with one for the heater wire also?? i suck at simple instructions in case you havent realized yet im more of a hands on learner than teach and go do it yourself

Sensor wire to OX, HT to one heater wire, the other heater wire to ground, and the shield on the OX cable goes to body ground at or near the ECU. It's E1 on the ECU but body ground is the same.

The heater wires on the sensor are the same color while the O2 output is the third one.

perfect ill be wiring that in tomorrow after work and see how my problem is if its not fixed then my next step is changing out the pump which should be here hopefully monday night or tuesday for sure

read this whole thread and then went to the beginning, when you said you washed you car did you mean you washed the motor? Runs like this when the plug wires are wet, or mine ran like that when the temp sensor was bad.

no i went to go wash it and got maybe 100 yds from my house and it had this problem no water got anywhere near the motor.........also went to toyota to get a quote on a couple parts and had an hour long convo with there resident Supra master tech.....we went through hella things and i got alot of stuff to start with but first to re-wire my O2 sensor so i know that its at least working properly

UPDATES!!!!!!!!!!! new pump in flows like crazy!!!! no improvements though still doing the same thing even after i hard wired the o2 to be safe but no changes no check engine lights cars going tomorrow to a shop tomorrw to have the TPS adjusted properly and see if thst fixes my problem. if not then son of a bitch!!!!!! its gonna be there till its fixed.
